I provide legal support, operational leadership, and executive advisory across the marine and energy (O&G) sectors, with a focus on claims, dispute resolution, and strategic consultancy. Through my firm, MARGUILD Marine and Energy Consultants, we handle complex marine, offshore, and cruise industry disputes, delivering expert reports, opinions, and technical analysis to law firms, P&I Clubs, shipowners, and corporate clients. My work includes casualty investigations, due diligence, and active involvement in arbitration, litigation, and other formal dispute resolution proceedings.

With 30 years of experience in senior management and consulting, I advise leaders on strategic planning, business development, process optimization, and operational performance. My background spans vessel and terminal operations, O&G and offshore projects, decommissioning, renewables, and regulatory compliance aligned with international standards.

In parallel, I manage operational matters such as HSE and risk management, ship and asset management, project delivery, and change management. This includes assessments, inspections, audits, and evaluations, ranging from desktop reviews and office consultations to shipyard visits, offshore attendance, and verification work.

At MARGUILD, I lead engagements personally while drawing on a trusted network of professionals when needed. Each assignment is approached on its own terms, shaped by context, informed by experience, and built to deliver practical, case-relevant solutions.
